New Infrastructure Development Project

We are pleased to announce the launch of the New Infrastructure Development Project to improve core facilities, internal roads, drainage, and utility systems across the project area.

Work will begin in phases to minimize disruption and ensure steady progress. During implementation, members may notice temporary site activity, controlled access in selected zones, and limited service interruptions.

Project Start: 15 April 2026

Phase 1 Completion Target: 30 June 2026

1. Internal road improvement
2. Water line upgrades
3. Drainage network enhancement
4. Street lighting installation
5. Common utility modernization
