Overview
This project is meant for administration cadre members who did not receive plots or shares in the first Green Valley project, and for junior and senior officers who do not own any plot or flat within Dhaka City Corporation.
The site is adjacent to Sector 26 of Purbachal New Town, 1.78 km north of the first Green Valley Housing Project, and 5.8 km east of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
After leaving land for roads, parks, playgrounds, educational institutions, and other common utilities, each member is planned to receive 5 kathas of land.
