Overview

The Uttara ICC plot is an institutional plot, and a letter was sent to the Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Public Works requesting approval for multiple uses.

That request was approved in RAJUK Board Meeting 19/2023, and the approval letter for mixed use was issued on 03 January 2024.

Responsibility has been assigned to the President to sign an MoU with ASSURE Group, on a 50% share partnership basis, for construction of two identical 14-storey commercial buildings with podium levels on floors 1 to 3, and to complete registration of the power of attorney through RAJUK.
